Although I'm still not well, I decided to finish off the kitchen...getting rid of the spiders and webs (thanks Bev) and giving it a lick of paint. Black mould spots and even mouse droppings featured over the last six months, but all have been dealt with and we have our kitchen back.
If Scott manages to bring the mould resistant matt paint with him in a couple of weeks, we'll be able to leave it over winter with a bit more confidence.
I also managed to do the same with our landing and bottom of the stairs...and fit a blind to our front door. Quite a productive day.
Bev also weeded the top flower bed along with the patio gravel edges.
Tonight we had Dave and Annie over for an inaugural game of 10's. It was a good couple of hours, but for some reason I've started coughing again and feel queasy and my nose is starting to jog.
Another restless night, I guess.
